American Basswood Carving Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from American Basswood Carving, a division of Hobbywoods.com, you may return it within 30 days of shipment. We will issue a credit or refund only upon the receipt of the merchandise in good condition, i.e. merchandise that is resalable. Wood must be returned in its original condition. Wood that has been used, cut, glued, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return. The freight and insurance expense associated with returning the merchandise safely back is the responsibility of the customer.

If you wish to return a product, please contact American Basswood Carving for a Return Authorization Number and have your invoice handy. No merchandise can be accepted without such a number.
